Konn was founded from Uraiqat Architects, a practice with over a decade of designing high-end residential projects across Jordan. We saw the same problem in every project: the gap between what was designed and what got built. Homeowners were left to manage between their architect and their contractor, navigating cost surprises, timeline delays, and a finished result that rarely matched the original design.
