• Land and project information you submit through our DesignFit, ArchDesign, and Construction services, including site details, requirements, and any documents you choose to upload.
• Payment information processed through our payment provider (Network International / N-Genius). We do not store your card details on our systems.
• Communication history through our website, WhatsApp, email, and other channels, including the content of messages you send us.
• Technical information automatically collected when you visit our website, such as device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site.

• To provide the design, architectural, and construction services you request.
• To communicate with you about your project, including via WhatsApp Business, email, and SMS.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To improve our services, customer experience, and website performance.
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

We use the WhatsApp Business API to send transactional and service-related messages, including project updates, payment confirmations, design status notifications, and appointment reminders.

We send WhatsApp messages only to customers who have opted in by submitting one of our service request forms (such as the DesignFit order form) and providing a WhatsApp-enabled phone number. By submitting a form that includes a phone number, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from us related to your project.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message you receive from us, or by emailing info@konn.tech. Once opted out, we will stop sending WhatsApp messages within a reasonable time, though we may still need to contact you by email or phone about active projects.

WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta Platforms, Inc. and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

We share your information only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, including our payment processor (Network International / N-Genius), communication platforms (Meta WhatsApp Business, email delivery providers), cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals involved in delivering your project.
• Legal, tax, or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

Some of our service providers (including Meta WhatsApp Business, our email delivery provider, and certain cloud infrastructure providers) process data outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this happens, we rely on the contractual and security commitments of those providers to protect your information.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Project records and payment records are typically retained for the period required by Jordanian commercial and tax law (currently a minimum of ten years from the end of the relevant financial year). Marketing and communication preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. After the applicable retention period, we delete or anonymise the information.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for data exchanged with our website and APIs, access controls limiting who on our team can see your data, and contractual data-protection commitments from our service providers. No system is fully secure, but we work to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@konn.tech and we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent for marketing communications, or ask us to restrict certain processing, by contacting us at info@konn.tech. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
