Located in Iraq Al Amir, this 250 m² residence is arranged on a single floor with a generous rooftop terrace, designed to combine comfort, functionality, and contemporary living. Two wings are linked by a central passage, shaping an H-shaped layout that balances openness with privacy.

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen that extends directly onto the swimming pool deck, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Alongside, two ensuite bedrooms connect naturally to the shared living zone. The opposite wing is dedicated to a luxurious master suite with an adjoining private studio, offering both retreat and workspace.
