Full architectural design based on the approved DesignFit, with layouts, 3D visuals, and final cost and timeline.

Duration: 3-4 weeks

Fee: 4,000 JOD (deductible from construction contract)

Step 3: Contract

A construction and delivery contract with fixed pricing, defined milestones, and clear guarantees.

Step 4: Permits & Production

We manage all approvals while your home parts are produced in the factory.

Step 5: Construction & Assembly

Modules are delivered, assembled, and finished on-site, following a clear construction schedule and quality controls.

Step 6: Handover

Final walkthrough, quality checks, and a documented handover of your completed home.

Step 7: Aftercare

Post-occupancy support, manuals, maintenance requests, and continued guidance through Konn’s aftercare system.
