About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to bridge the gap between technical engineering, creative design, and business goals. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on creating value rather than just shipping features.Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the "why" and "what." prioritize features that drive ↑↑ ROI and ↓↓ churn.
- Execution: Translate complex requirements into simple user stories. Lead sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Data Analysis: Use SQL and analytics tools to track KPIs. If the numbers don't back it up, we don't build it.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: align engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Remove blockers before they become delays.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management shipping successful tech products.
- Technical Chops: You understand the stack. You can talk API endpoints with engineers and component libraries with designers.
- Data Fluency: You love statistics. You make decisions based on metrics like CAC, LTV, and Retention Rates.
- Communication: You can explain complex concepts simply.
